Chapter 14: What should be done with a Muhrim if he dies?
باب مَا يُفْعَلُ بِالْمُحْرِمِ إِذَا مَاتَ
Sahih Muslim 1206 e
Sa'id b. Jubair reported on the authority of Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) that a person proceeded with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in the state of Ihram. The rest of the hadith th is the same except that he (the Holy Prophet ) (is reported to have) said
He would be raised on the Day of Resurrection pronouncing Talbiya. Sa'id b. Jubair did not name the place where he fell down.وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ الْبُرْسَانِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، - رضى الله عنهما - قَالَ أَقْبَلَ رَجُلٌ حَرَامٌ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُلَبِّيًا " . وَزَادَ لَمْ يُسَمِّ سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ حَيْثُ خَرَّ .
